She has had extensive training in Myofascial Release Technique founded by John F. Barnes, PT. She is also a level III touch for health practitioner from the international College of Kinesiology in Zurich, Switzerland. She is a 1998 graduate of the Humanities Center School of Massage in Pinellas Park, FL. where she graduated with an academic excellence award.
